About these pages

These public pages explain the EaziLeagues service. They do not create tenant accounts or accept participant payments.

Walkthrough requests

The walkthrough form collects your name, work email, organisation, competition format and size, priorities, preferred timing, and any optional context you provide. EaziLeagues commercial operations owns this information and uses it only to assess your request, reply, and plan a relevant walkthrough.

Requests are delivered through Resend, our transactional email provider. They are not written to a tenant competition database or used for advertising profiles. We retain enquiry messages for up to 12 months unless an active commercial or legal relationship requires a longer record.

Technical abuse checks briefly process a one-way identifier derived from request network information. Raw network addresses are not included in the lead message or application logs.

Hosted competition sites

Each EaziLeagues tenant publishes its own privacy information for the registrations, competition records, communications, and payments it manages. Review the policy on that tenant's site before submitting information.

Site operation

A limited amount of technical request information may be processed to deliver these pages safely and reliably. This site does not use advertising trackers or store a local journey history in your browser.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete a walkthrough request by emailing the EaziLeagues team. Include the non-secret request reference when available so we can find the message quickly.
